Great location in the heart of the historical old town. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Some of the locks on the dormitory lockers were broken. The noise from the wooden ceiling made the room quite noisy when someone in the room above moved.

They were always available to assist and provided helpful recommendations. the location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture. the free breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a positive note.
The lack of a kitchen facility was a drawback for me, as I prefer to prepare my own meals at times. some of the locker locks in the dormitory were in need of repair, which caused inconvenience and concern for the safety of personal belongings.
